Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood says there is money available to make major signings this summer.
They are linked with £30million Borussia Dortmund attacker Mario Gotze, one of Europe's hottest prospects.
"If we find the right person for the right position we are happy to buy," Hill-Wood told the Daily Star.
He added: "We have got enough to pay anything but silly prices."
