Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has revealed how manager Arsene Wenger loves to wind up his new recruits.

Like at Chelsea, Wenger insists on every new player singing a song in front of his new teammates.

Cesc told AS: "I'll tell you an anecdote. Every time a player is called into the first team, first he has to get in front of the staff at dinner and do something (sing a song, dance, give a speech ...).

"Wenger loves it and it makes him laugh."
