Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp believes Arsenal can take the league title off Chelsea if the Gunners can add some quality this summer.

If recent rumours are to be believed, the Gunners have already sealed a deal for Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech and could be a genuine title threat if they manage to add another striker and a centre-back to their ranks according to Redknapp.

Redknapp told The Express: "Arsenal are the team that could do it, if anyone is going to take the championship off Chelsea.

"Now they have got Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain back fit, they have got a great quality squad there. But they will still need another striker, and a centre-back.

"Obviously if Manchester City buy the right players they are also going to be challenging too. But they also need to recruit well.

"Chelsea will improve as well. They will still be the team to beat - they have got the best manager. It will take some doing to catch them."
