Arsenal buoyed by possible return of key quartet led by Ozil

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger suggests four of his key players could be back in action this weekend.

The Premier League leaders head to Aston Villa on Monday night and there is every chance that Aaron Ramsey (thigh), Kieran Gibbs (calf), Olivier Giroud (ankle) and Mesut Ozil (shoulder) may be in the matchday squad after missing recent fixtures.

"Ramsey and Gibbs are very close. There is a small possibility that both of them could be available on Monday," said Wenger.

"They (Giroud and Ozil) had a good training session yesterday and today they had no problem. They could be back."
