Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger can see what Gianfranco Zola is trying to do at West Ham.
The Gunners saw off West Ham in yesterday's FA Cup tie.
Zola was a player Wenger admired greatly during his Chelsea days and the Arsenal chief believes he is trying to stamp his own image on his struggling Hammers side.
"I admired him when he played at Parma and before at Napoli. He learned a lot from playing with Maradona there," said Wenger.
"He tries to give a style to his team and that is always the sign of a good manager."
