Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger refused to rule out making an improved bid for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
When asked in Jakarta whether they will be making an improved £40million bid for Suarez, Wenger refused to discuss the chase.
He said: "As you know the transfer period demands secrets and confidentiality, so I can't answer the question."
