Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to push through a deal for Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.
The Mail on Sunday says Wenger is willing to pay a club record £25 million for Higuain.
Arsenal are confident of securing Higuain, but there is still interest in him from Juventus, who have lost out to Chelsea in the race to sign Fiorentina's Stevan Jovetic.
