Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is set for a final bid to convince Samir Nasri to pen a new deal.
The Daily Express says Wenger is set for a final round of talks with Nasri before deciding whether he will be forced to sell the French forward this summer.
Wenger will also tell Nasri, 23, he will do everything in his power to stop him moving to Manchester United, even if he refuses to sign a new contract.
Wenger is believed to be in France, where he hopes to make progress over the future of Nasri and one of his top transfer targets, £8million Lille forward Gervinho.
Nasri told Wenger he would hold more talks once he had completed international duty with France and sources close to the negotiations have confirmed a meeting is now "imminent".
