Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits he is keen for Carlos Vela to have a big World Cup with Mexico.
Wenger firmly feels that the tournament could prove to be a confidence-booster for the Mexican.
"He needs a good World Cup," the manager told arsenal.com. "He had good preparation games but maybe he missed a little bit in the opening match. He has another chance in the second game and he will play against his Arsenal partner Sagna.
"For me it is very interesting to see our players in a different context and when they play against each other it is even more interesting for me."
