FC Porto midfielder Fernando is being tracked by Arsenal. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is eyeing Fernando as a new defensive midfield signing.
Wenger knows his midfield has lacked steel since the departure of Alex Song to Barcelona last summer and now has Fernando on his radar.
The Frenchman is moving for Fernando after losing out to Wolfsburg in the battle for former Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo.
