Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger feels the top seven is not yet decided.
The gap between seventh-placed Arsenal and the next team in the table, Aston Villa, currently stands at seven points.
"It's too early to say because one team can still come in," he told Arsenal Player. "But it looks difficult for the teams below, maybe one team from the top seven will drop out. Overall the difference is quite solid.
"In the Premier League we are on a good run and we want to continue that," he added.
"It's important that we respond well [to the draw at Fulham]. A successful season is based on that - how much a team can respond to a disappointment and how quickly you can come back and win a game. That's what is at stake."
