Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says there will be a place for Thierry Henry at the club once he retires. The New York Red Bulls striker is currently training at London Colney to keep fit.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says there will be a place for Thierry Henry at the club once he retires.

The New York Red Bulls striker is currently training at London Colney to keep fit.

“Is there a role for Thierry somewhere? He is a great player, one day certainly it will be different, but at the moment no. He is invited just to practise when he can and when he wants.

“We have a big staff, a very competent one, and we have the right number to support the team to achieve the targets.”
