Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger concedes his squad isn't strong enough to challenge for the Premier League title.

Wenger this morning was asked if he believed this squad was capable of winning major trophies.

He replied: "It's a strange season.

"Our offensive numbers are very good. But I can't say we have no flaws or weaknesses in our team because the results are there.

"There's a very strong base but the team needs to be strengthened of course."
