Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is targeting Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan AND defender Mats Hummels. The Daily Star says Wenger has been hotly tipped with a swoop for centre-back Hummels for months.

And the Frenchman is now set to follow up that up with a bid for defensive midfielder Gundogan.

Hummels is edging closer to an exit from the German giants after refusing to commit his future to the club.

The World Cup-winning defender has also revealed he's had offers to leave Dortmund.

The Gunners, meanwhile, are hopeful of tying up a deal for the £20m midfielder and are arranging talks.
