Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is still bristling over ref Mike Dean's performance for their draw with West Brom.
The Gunners were within minutes of beating the Baggies on New Year's Eve after Alexis Sanchez's deflected free-kick had given them a late lead. But everyone at The Hawthorns was left surprised when Dean pointed to the spot for a soft West Brom penalty.
James Rodriguez converted to earn the hosts a 1-1 draw following a handball from Calum Chambers.
“It was very disappointing the way it happened," Wenger said today.
“What is disappointing it happens many times this season.
“I was not happy with the movement the referee made, because it did not correspond with what happened.
“He saw what he wanted to see."
