Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is still angry over Theo Walcott's commitment to England U21's European Championship campaign last summer.
Wenger said: "Theo's frustrated. It was his decision to go with the Under-21s, but you cannot blame him.
"It was a mistake to take him. Since then, he has not played for Arsenal or England. He missed pre-season but I believe he will get back into England's starting line-up."
