Arsenal are chasing Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli.
Sportmediaset says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is willing to offer £20 million for the Italy U21 international.
Wenger admitted his admiration for Balotelli towards the end of last season and believes he can get the best out of the firebrand.
Balotelli could arrive as a direct replacement for Eduardo da Silva.
