Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger won't shut the door on a "special" January signing - though insists he's not in for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
This morning, Wenger said that Arsenal's interest in signing Suarez is over.
"We won't approach for Suarez," he said. "He has signed a contract. Bendtner is back and Podolski is back."
Responding to comments from Olivier Giroud that Arsenal don't need a striker, Wenger said: "Would you expect anything else?
"We have to give him credit. He has a fantastic combative attitude. We have great confidence in him.
"We are on alert in the market if something special turns up but we are not desperate."
