Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is delighted with the progress of Sanchez Watt at Leeds United.
Wenger is confident the invaluable experience of playing competitive football on a weekly basis will speed up his development, both on and off the pitch.
"It's usually a shock for them to go from the youth team straight to big responsibilities," Wenger told arsenal.com. "It's an accelerator of the maturing process and that's what you want when you [send someone on loan].
"What I wish from every player [that goes on loan], is that he shows he has the quality to one day play for Arsenal."
