Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has ruled out Theo Walcott for the weekend showdown with Manchester United - and England's upcoming games.

"He has pain - he is out of the United game," the Arsenal manager said in the Daily Telegraph.

"England? No. There is no way. It would not be realistic.

"His last (competitive) game was in June. We are now in August. We wait until he has no pain."
