Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has shutdown talk of moving for Southampton striker Ricki Lambert.

Wenger shrugged off the perceived interest in Lambert, when asked whether he will make a move for the Saints hitman.

"We had a look at him in the Championship, but there's no interest now," he said.
