Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has turned down the Brazil job.

Le Parisien says Wenger was approached by CBF, the Brazilian Football Confederation, about taking the job immediately as doubts emerge over the suitability of current boss Mano Menezes.

However, the 62-year-old rejected the CBF's offer of a two-year contract.

The news comes just weeks after Wenger resisted an approach from the French Football Federation about taking the Les Bleus post in a part-time role.
