Tottenham striker Louis Saha could easily have been playing for Arsenal today.
The Mirror says Arsene Wenger snubbed the chance to make a deadline-day swoop for Saha.
The French striker moved from Everton to Tottenham on a free last month, and has already scored two goals in two games for his new club.
Arsenal were offered Saha first, as back-up for skipper Robin van Persie.
However, Wenger knocked back the cut-price deal even though the Gunners are short of cover up front.
