Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to take his squad overseas for preseason later this year.
The Sunday Mirror says Wenger has always insisted on the same pre-season preparation schedule which involves friendlies, a training camp in Austria and then The Emirates Cup.
He has resisted taking Arsenal on trans-continental tours, but Wenger has had talks with chief executive Ivan Gazidis and it seems he is ready to change.
The first major tour could happen this summer.
