Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to offload striker Nicklas Bendtner in January. The Times says Bendtner's performance against Porto this week has made up Wenger's mind and he is now prepared to axe the Dane.

West Bromwich Albion want to sign Bendtner on loan until the end of the season but the 20-year-old Denmark forward is reluctant to move to a team who are bottom of the table.
