Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to make a huge offer for Everton star Marouane Fellaini.
The Sunday Mirror says the Belgian would give Arsenal a real midfield presence, but it would need an offer of £23m to seal the deal.
Fellaini is also being tracked by Manchester United.
