Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has rapped his Premier League counterparts for making public their transfer targets.
Jose Mourinho and David Moyes have both provoked fury by talking about Wayne Rooney, Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines.
But Wenger said: "Is there too much talking? Yes.
"Everybody has a good opinion about what other managers should do, but they do not look at themselves.
"It's better that you don't say anything and work towards making the right additions.
"Attitude, focus, the mental aspect in the modern game is vital."
