Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was stunned by Andre Santos' actions at halftime of their defeat at Manchester United.

Santos was caught on TV taking Robin van Persie's top as he and the former Arsenal striker walked towards the tunnel at the break during the Gunners' Premier League defeat at Old Trafford.

The Mirror says Wenger, who had not seen the TV pictures beforehand, spoke to Santos in the dressing room at half-time.

The Arsenal boss demanded to know why Santos accepted the shirt and Wenger is understood to have left the Brazilian in no doubt as to how unhappy he was at the gesture.
