Arsenal are putting together a 'B list' of transfer targets in the event they miss out on a top four finish. The Sunday Mirror says Arsene Wenger's budget will be cut if the Gunners have to settle for the Europa League.

Newcastle's Yohan Cabaye, Wigan's James McCarthy and Celtic's Victor Wanyama are midfielders who have impressed scouts, while Sunderland goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is an alternative to Valdes and Liverpool's Pepe Reina.
