Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is resigned to losing Cesc Fabregas.

The Sunday Mirror says Wenger has given up hope of keeping Fabregas out of the clutches of Barcelona this summer.

He has acknowledged the one club he cannot compete with for his 24-year-old captain are the Champions League winners and, if they offer about £40million then Fabregas will go.

Chelsea and Manchester City are also interested in the Spaniard.
