A move for Manchester City defender Micah Richards could be on for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.

The Mirror says Wenger is set to ask for Richards as City make a final effort to prise Kolo Toure away from the Emirates.

City boss Mark Hughes has already had an £8m inquiry for Toure knocked back, but will try again.

Wenger will not let Toure leave this month unless he gets a replacement, so could be tempted if Richards was part of any deal.
