Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger plans to shop in Germany to revamp his flagging squad.

BILD says Wenger's top two targets are Borussia Dortmund star Mario Gotze and FC Koln attacker Lucas Podolski.

Wenger, before any sales, is said to have a transfer budget of £55 million and will need at least £35 million to land Gotze alone.

Podolski, who is inside the final 18 months of his current deal, will come a lot cheaper.
