Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is eyeing Borussia Dortmund ace Marcos Reus.

The Germany international, says TMW, is under consideration at Arsenal as an alternative to Mesut Ozil.

The Gunners are haggling over a new contract with Ozil's minders, with his current deal due to expire in 2018.

If an agreement cannot be struck, Wenger is prepared to see Ozil move on - with Reus topping a shortlist of potential replacements.

Reus is tied to BVB until 2019 and is currently trying to shake a groin injury suffered during the Euros.
