Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is preparing a major bid for West Ham United defender Winston Reid. The Daily Mail says Wenger is lining up a £6million January bid for Reid.
The Frenchman and his scouting network have been keeping a close eye on the 25-year-old since the Hammers were promoted back to the top flight in 2012.
Reid's age and eligibility to play in the Champions League make him an attractive proposition for the Gunners, who hope to tempt West Ham with a £6m bid.
