Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has denied reports of a deal struck for Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila.

Arsenal have already announced the summer signing of Lukas Podolski from Cologne but Wenger insists there are currently no other imminent transfers.

"It's not true a deal is done for M'Vila," he said.

"We have not been in touch with anybody and we are not near to any deals for anybody."
