Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger insists he will not be out for revenge when his side takes on former captain Robin van Persie this weekend. The Gunners head to Old Trafford to take on van Persie's Manchester United following the Dutchman's summer move from North London but Wenger was not even getting involved in talk of a revenge match especially with recent events regarding discrimination.
"For us, what is important is the result at the end of the game, and the quality of our performance. We do not even talk about that [van Persie]," Wenger said.
"I hope it [reception] is a respectful one because he has played for us for eight years, and he has done very well for us.
"We campaign against discrimination, it was still the case last week so why should it not be the case this week?"
