Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists he's not looking to sell defender Philippe Senderos to Newcastle United.

Asked if he had heard anything from Newcastle about Senderos, Wenger told Sky Sports News: "Nothing, no.

"I will not react because we want to keep our best players.

"We are going in to a season now and we have to have everybody focused on our targets.

"If we can bring in one more player we will do it, if not we will go with the squad we have, I am happy with that.

"We have to now continue to be focused on our targets."
