Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger must sit down with Bacary Sagna and convince him about the club's ambitions.
The People says Sagna is one of several senior players disillusioned with the impending departures of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri as well as the clubs six-year silverware drought.
Wenger, aware of rival interest, is determined to hold on to the player.
Sagna is regarded as one of Arsenals most solid characters, so his disaffection will be viewed with alarm at the Emirates.
