Arsenal boss Wenger loses rag over Gibbs questions: It's about attitude - and the brain!

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger lost his rag with reporters when discussing Kieran Gibbs' return with West Brom tonight.

Wenger was asked if he felt Gibbs would improve his game away from London Colney and working with Baggies boss Tony Pulis.

“Look!" he said, exasperated. “You look at the players who performed here and left. You come back to me after."

Asked if Pulis could improve Gibbs' defensive game, Wenger was equally dismissive.

“He will have more to defend maybe; West Brom are a team who focus more on defending," the Frenchman said. “We are a team that goes forward. He is an intelligent player who knows how to defend well.

“Learning is an attitude in life. It doesn't depend on your geographical state, but more of your attitude in your brain. Are you ready to question yourself to see if you can improve? Of course you can improve every day until the last day of your life."
