Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is upset with Tottenham's deal for Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor.

Wenger took a swipe at the loan system and how it allows Manchester City to loan out surplus stars like Adebayor to Spurs in the knowledge he cannot play when the clubs meet.

"It doesn't respect the 25-player rule because you can own half of the league and give them out to where it suits you," he said.
