Arsenal boss Wenger: I've no transfer cash limits
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists he has no restrictions on his transfer budget.

He said: "I have money to buy new players and if I want to buy, then the money is available.
"It's not true that I'm restricted. Yes, we want to balance our budget but the financial position is good. The board here give me complete freedom to do what I want to do in the transfer market as long as it's within my budget. There are no restrictions.
"If I want to spend my entire budget on one player, I can.
"The only limit we work to is to balance the books."
