Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has hit out at critics of his team selection for their FA Cup defeat to Blackburn Rovers.

Wenger bristled over claims he did not take the Cup seriously.

Justifying his team to face Blackburn, Wenger said: "People say I don't take the FA Cup seriously but I have won it four times. Name another manager who has won it four times. It is disrespectful to say I put out a weakened team because we started with 11 internationals."
