Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is refusing to rule Chelsea out of the title race and believes new coach Guus Hiddink can transform the team.

Wenger said: "Everybody knows him. He is a remarkable manager and a remarkable coach. There is no question about his ability or top-class quality.

"They were never completely out of it. I said at the beginning of the week that a strong contender at the moment is Manchester United, but they have a big programme and a big schedule, so you do not know."
