Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has angered the Belgium FA.
He blasted Belgian coach Georges Leekens for playing Thomas Vermaelen throughout Wednesday's friendly with Greece.
The centre-back is carrying an ankle injury and Wenger labelled the decision 'disrespectful'.
"He was 100 per cent fit. I did not intend to use him throughout the match but I was forced to.
"Arsenal did not make any requests to us concerning the amount of playing time Thomas should have."
Wenger added: "We will look to see if we can put a complaint in."But Leekens insisted: "Our medical staff examined Thomas and declared him ready to play.
