Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger isn't surprised to see Jose Mourinho back at Chelsea. He believes money has played an important part in the Chelsea revival that began under Mourinho in his first spell at the club.
Wenger said: "We had restricted financial resources for years. Everybody knows that. It's simple.
"I always thought he would come back.
"They always come back. Why? Because this is a football country - the only football country in Europe and in the world.
"There is something special about the game in this country.
"When the foreign managers are here they do not always like all of it - but they all like to come back."
