Arsenal boss Wenger: I didn't think Cesc would score

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits he was stunned by Cesc Fabregas' individual goal in victory over Tottenham.

Cesc dribbled through Tottenham's defence immediately after the restart following Robin van Persie's opening goal just before halftime.

"I believe we took advantage of the shock provoked by the first goal," Wenger told arsenal.com. "They were a bit surprised and we took advantage straight away.

"When I saw (Ledley) King in front of Fabregas I still thought King could win the challenge but when he managed to slide it through his legs I thought now he has a very good chance to finish it off and that's what happened."
