Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger expects Lukas Podolski to be motivated against Champions League opponents Schalke. In his previous four games against Schalke, he has scored three times.
Wenger said: "Lukas will be up for the game, although personally I don't mind who scores.
"If we win, we are 90 per cent there in terms of qualifying. They are a team which try to play good football and build from the back.
"They have just had a good result in Dortmund. They are a solid side. Good up front. Dangerous on counter attacks. The Champions League is always a bit cagey.
"The players know we want a big performance.
"The most important thing is that we have the ball, express our talent and enjoy playing.
"I expect us to respond in a strong way because this team is very ambitious. The players were very disappointed to lose at Norwich but we have to put that behind us and show a strong response."
