Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger hopes Mauricio Pochettino can remain in charge at Tottenham long-term.
Wenger has lost just six of his previous 43 matches against Tottenham and today he will face his 12th different permanent Spurs manager in Pochettino.
Wenger said: "I wish him well. I've always been a fan of technical stability for two reasons. There's a line of conduct inside the club and its better that the manager knows the history and carries the values of the club better than anyone else. If you change a manager every year or two of course that's not easy.
"It's early in the season to judge a team but they have certainly less introduction of new players [than last season]. They will benefit from stability and he's a quality manager. He has shown that at Southampton.
"I just hope we can get on top of Tottenham. It's always a very heated atmosphere and I believe it will be a very competitive game as well."
