Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is having Nice defender Malang Sarr watched regularly.

TMW says a Gunners spy is sending regular updates to Wenger on Sarr's progress.

The 17-year-old central defender has started every game for the surprise Ligue 1 leaders this season and scouts are taking note.

However, Arsenal face competition from AC Milan.

It's claimed the Italian giants are also tracking him with new sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli set to closely follow his progress.

Sarr joined Nice at the age of five and made his debut in the first game of the new season against Rennes, capping it off with the winning goal on 60 minutes.
