Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has told Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich his team will never play attractive football until he gives his manager time to introduce his own methods.

Wenger said: "If a coach is only judged on one season and then he's out, he will not be a good coach anymore - because we will never see a coach trying to create an attractive style of play at a club. They will always be very conservative because they will always fear for their job."
